My husband, Eddie, and I live in North Barrington with our two kids, Evan (13) and Avery (11). Evan is an eighth grader at Station Middle School in the Chinese Immersion Program, and Avery is a sixth grader at Prairie Middle School. We have lived in the Barrington area for more than 11 years.
I work full time as an Associate Marketing Director at a large healthcare company and have nearly 20 years of marketing, finance and sales experience across a number of industries, including financial services, aerospace and defense, consumer products and healthcare/biopharmaceuticals. I have experience running small and large brands and am excited for the opportunity to bring my diverse experience to the Barrington D220 Board of Education.
In my free time, I love to serve with my local church, cook, serve as the No. 1 sports fan to my boys and most importantly, create memories with my family.

Why Am I Running?
I am running for School Board because I deeply and passionately care about this community and all of our children. Over the years, I have observed and experienced cultural divisiveness in our society that is impacting our community. I want better for Barrington. I miss the days when people respectfully disagreed but worked together to find solutions that positively impacted our community and society. I want my impact on society to include developing and equipping young people with skills, intellect, and character. I believe I can combine my experience in running large and small brands with my heart for service to drive great impact in our community.
I am committed to D220 excellence, exceptional collaboration and effective communication. Let’s partner to ensure more voices and stories are included as the district develops its framework and strategic plans!
